Richmond Training Concepts offers comprehensive CPR and First Aid certification through recognized programs from the American Safety & Health Institute (ASHI) and the American Heart Association (AHA). Our courses are designed to meet the needs of healthcare providers, businesses, community organizations, and individuals seeking certification or recertification.
American Heart Association’s BLS Course: This course trains participants to promptly recognize several life-threatening emergencies, perform high-quality chest compressions, deliver appropriate ventilations, and provide early use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). It’s essential for healthcare providers and those in professions that require a high level of emergency response training.
ASHI’s CPR AED Course: Specifically designed for laypeople, this course is an excellent choice for CPR and defibrillator training in both community and workplace settings. Participants will be prepared to respond to sudden cardiac arrest (SCA) and choking incidents.
ASHI’s Basic First Aid Course: This program helps students develop the basic first aid knowledge and skills needed to confidently respond to various emergencies. It’s an excellent choice for both community and workplace settings, ensuring participants can provide the initial care needed in an emergency situation.
We’re excited to offer a blended learning option for CPR and AED, as well as Basic First Aid, specifically tailored for K-12 educators. This program includes an online video and testing component, coupled with an on-site practical evaluation. We also offer special education pricing to make this essential training accessible for schools and educational institutions.
